Few days ago I read article about creating positive habits.
I realized that I already using this technique to improve quality of own life.
But I learned something new.
To create new habit you must repeat new activity for at least 30 days.
After this time period your brain will learn and doing new thing for you will be easy and natural.
Now I start to creating new habits. But about this I will write next time.
Just left note about last habits which already I created:
– (almost) everyday meditations sessions (morning and evening)
– regular healthy meals
– regular sessions with Salvia Divinorum – Kai Zen expanding of the comfort zone
It’s definitely changing my life for better
